Stephen Martir

Stephen Martir is a Senior Associate who specializes in the areas of labor and employment law, municipal law, law enforcement liability, labor negotiations, arbitration, premise liability and election law.

Stephen earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2010, and immediately began working as a litigator. Throughout his career he has obtained extensive litigation experience and has successfully defended municipalities, public benefit corporations, retail businesses, private companies, public municipalities and individuals at the trial and appellate levels. In addition, he has successfully negotiated labor contracts and handled contract and disciplinary arbitrations related to such labor contracts.

Stephen is admitted to practice in the State of New York and State of New Jersey, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
