Christopher J. Neumann

Christopher J. Neumann recently joined the firm after a more than 30 year career as a litigation attorney in the Litigation, Risk Management and Corporate Security Division of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Law Department. While practicing at The Port Authority, Chris’ practice focused on Civil Litigation in the Federal and State Courts in New York and New Jersey, where he handled cases from inception through trial and appeal. Chris has also handled Labor and Employment cases including disciplinary charges, grievances, hearings and arbitrations, and workers’ compensation cases.

Mr. Neumann is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Neumann received his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Scranton and is a member of the University of Scranton’s Alumni Board. Mr. Neumann received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law, The Pennsylvania State University.
